Design Project
Good design shouldn't only be available to organisations with large budgets.
That's why, throughout June and July 2026, Mitchell Digital Media will be donating one professionally designed poster or graphic each week to a local charity, school, PTA, sports club, community group or Community Interest Company (CIC).
Whether you're promoting a fundraiser, recruiting volunteers, advertising an event or raising awareness of an important cause, we'd love to hear from you.
What's included?

One professionally designed graphic or poster

Up to one hour of design time
-
Files supplied as PDF, JPG and PNG
-
One round of minor amendments, if required
Application dates
Applications close every Thursday.
Successful applicants will be notified by the following Monday and their design will be delivered by the Friday of the following week.
For example:

Apply by Thursday 18th June

Decision by Monday 22nd June

Design delivered by Friday 26th June
The final application deadline is Thursday 16th July 2026.
We'll review the initiative over the summer and may choose to continue it beyond this period.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications from commercial businesses.
Please note:

We receive more requests than we can fulfil and therefore cannot guarantee support for every application. We will only reply to successful applications.

Projects will be selected at Mitchell Digital Media's discretion based on community impact, suitability and available capacity.
