
COMMUNITY DESIGN PROJECT
TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Community Design Project is available only to charities, schools, PTAs, sports clubs, community groups and Community Interest Companies (CICs).

Applications must be submitted via the official online application form.

Mitchell Digital Media will select one successful applicant each week during the advertised application period.

All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding unsuccessful applications.

Each organisation may receive support through this initiative once only.

The project includes a maximum of one hour of design time.

Work is limited to a single poster, social media graphic or similar promotional design. Requests for branding projects, websites, publications, video production or ongoing design support are excluded.

Designs will be supplied in PDF, JPG and PNG formats.

One round of minor amendments is included. Significant changes or additional work may be declined.

Applicants must have the right to use any logos, photographs, artwork or content supplied to Mitchell Digital Media.

Mitchell Digital Media reserves the right to decline any application for any reason.

Successful applicants grant Mitchell Digital Media permission to showcase the completed design within its portfolio, website and marketing materials.

The initiative is scheduled to run until 16 July 2026. Mitchell Digital Media reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw the initiative at any time.
