The MDM have been incredibly supportive since we started working with them this year. They understand the realities of working with school leaders and somehow manage to never seem fazed when we decide that what we asked for last week isn't quite what we want this week. They recognise that we can be passionate about getting things right and are always patient, flexible and willing to work with us to achieve the best outcome.
What has impressed us most is that their support goes far beyond video production. Whether it is offering advice on website design, helping us develop our social media presence, arranging a last-minute Teams call to talk through ideas, or providing on-the-ground support when needed, Andy and his team are always generous with their time and expertise.
They have also worked hard to help us build our own internal capacity, providing training and ongoing support so that staff can develop their confidence and skills. Knowing that expert advice is only ever a phone call away has been invaluable and has ensured that we get the maximum value from our investment.
